Almost finished A GAME OF THRONES and then I'll be reading A CLASH OF KINGS. Tyrion is really growing on me.

Today I'm beginning Erikson's Crippled God and Dust of Dreams. I've been putting it off for far too long while I play catch up with a few other things, so I expect to come up for air in about a month.

Just finished Insomnia by Stephen King on my kindle. It was just as good as I remember it from all those years ago.
I think I'm gonna read Dark Hollow by Brian Keene next. I was also looking at some of the other books in my already read, but wanna read again "section", John Gideon's Greely's Cove and Golden Eyes. I can't remember if they are sequel and prequel or not. I may wait til next year to read them. I have a few books I wanna read for Halloween and they are paperbacks, those take me longer to read. They are the Halloweenland books by Al Sarrantonio, been on my shelf for years. anybody read those? got thoughts to share? I'd like to see what you have to say.

I was the type of person that would not start a new book until the one that I was reading was finished. Lately, I have all these half read novels and it is driving me insane.

Half way through two fantasy novels, a Lansdale compilation of short stories that I got for free out of F. Paul Wilson's car trunk (no lie), and just began editing a novel for Crossroad Press. I have to read these before starting anything else. It is driving me insane.

just finished Dark Hollow by Brian Keene. It was a neat read. I really like the supernatural horror. I didn't like the whole ending but I expected some of it. I'm gonna re-read The Elementals by Michael McDowell. I knew this was an old book, but had no idea it was published back in 1981. It even has a section in the back advertising Robert McCammon's first few books, how exciting! anyway, I enjoyed The Elementals when I read it the first time years ago, and I picked it up again when I went to Colorado back in June, because I was sharing the Kindle with hubby and he hardly ever gets to read it. Much more info than you could have ever asked for, but I was feeling chatty.

Just finished The Elementals by Michael McDowell this morning. Now I move on to my Kindle for one of my top favorite reads, Dark Journey by A. R. Morlan. did I mention I got it for $3? I'm still excited about that.
