Tym: thanks for the comments. As I recall John Pelan and I had several endings we were bating around, but this seemed the most logical. There were actually a number of other scenes we were considernig as well, but could cos of the deadline!

jpokela: you'll see a slightly different use of "worms" in a future work! Maybe I have worms on the brain: there were plenty in Monstrosity and Slither was entirely dedicated to worms.
