I ordered my copy on May 30th from amazon.de and finally got an email informing me that it was shipped today. Good thing I had plenty of other stuff to tide me over but it's still somewhat amazing that I got MANGLED MEAT before I'll get this.

That book has been out since April so not sure why it took so long to get to you. You could have ordered it from me and had it in a week. I didn't even know my print books were available to order from German Amazon. Are you in Germany?
