Good thing createspace titles are available from the non-American amazons as well (unlike the standard Necro titles), so I can conveniently order this.

Got my copy today. I've now already read two of the three stories thanks to CARNAL SURGERY but in this edition they come with pretty interesting and very personal afterwords by Ed. And of course I'm looking forward to reading PAY ME, the third story, which is new to me.

Keep those Createspace re-issues comming, Dave! Great stuff so far!
