World Horror Convention in Austin

Anyone here going? I've been trying to talk Splatterhead into going. Never been to one before, but it looks like quite the epic experience. Have any of you ever attended as a fan?

The Eraserhead/Deadite Press crew will be there.
There will be Rose O'Keefe, Carlton Mellick III, Cameron Pierce, and myself.
Everyone else in the group has been to a WHC before expect me. I am so excited!
We're thinking of throwing a Eraserhead/Deadite Party. If you attend the con, you'll have to come by and have some drinks.

I'm moving to Austin next week! So, I will definitely be there. I think its walking distance from my place down there.

Damn, my favorite reptile might succeed in talking me into this $1,000 excursion if Deadites gonna be there offering free drinks. Is Jordan going? And most importantly, is Ed going?

I'm trying to see if I could manage to go to the WHC to join the EHP/Deadite crew. Will be great if I could swing that. I hope to see my old friends.

I am about 80% confirmed...have a good friend who lives there so I can do both...been to the one Inb phoenix in 1998 I think....tons of good times good friends and great books.

Yes, please keep offering incentives as I must convince Splatterhead that this is something we have to do. Really excited for all of the Deadite releases this coming year as well! I added ya on Facebook a while back as well Jeff, under my stage/radio name Viktor Wilt. Looking forward to meeting all of you down the road.

Dam, looks like I'll miss all the fun. There's no way I'd be able to make it, considering my family travails, but I will be there in spirit (and also the con booklet, for I've been asked to write something for it.) Drink one for me!
