Audio Books

I thought I'd just throw this out there...

I had a dream last night that I was at the library and found an audio book version of The Bighead. Yeah, I dreamed I was at the library. I'm fucking exciting.

Anyway, it got me thinking, who would be a good narrator for Lee's books in audio? I picture Robin Williams doing the voice for Tritt Balls Conner. Or maybe Dan Castellaneta of The Simpsons?

Any interesting ideas for other Lee characters?

Delirium Books did an audiobook of The Bighead, can still be had @ the Horror Mall (I think). It's read by Mark Justice (the Pod of Horror guy). It's in mp3 format, download only if I remember correctly. I bought it when it came out last year and listened to it to/from work. Should have seen the looks I got @ stop lights with the windows down .. oops!. Only problem I had with it was it was one large file. Not having a portable mp3 player I had to split it up into CD sized parts so I could listen to it in the car.

I imagine it must take extreme Zen-like concentration to be able to read THE BIGHEAD out loud without bursting into uncontrollable fits of hysterical giggles every couple sentences.

Wow I did not realize any of the books were on audio. Bighead would be fun to listen to.

Mark did a dynamite job with the audio--I think he's actually some kind of audio technician. God bless him!
