I have done my best to never look at pinterest. I get sucked into things and I can see the potential for hours lost looking at things.

As of tomorrow I will be joining the old farts club. After almost 26 years with the Maine Turnpike Authority, I am retiring. It was at one time a great place to work, it is now more toxic than a nuclear waste dump. The last 6 months have been @#!*% working there. This will give me more time to do some writing

when I am not out pounding the pavement looking for another job. Although I will be facing some new challenges a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Well...It took two weeks of work to fix my apartment. They had to replace a 20' by 15' section. Then they had to wait for the plaster guys to come in and replace the entire ceiling and one wall. The carpet was replaced and everything was repainted. I'm only getting $150 off the rent for my "troubles". But there is an upside about it. Jen will be moving back to Knoxville to live with her dad. Her dad and her grandmother are going to foot the bill for her to go to rehab. She leaves at the end of the month. A friend of mine is going to let me and a couple other guys rent his house. Rent will be $400 a month and we split the utlities. I'll finally be able to save up and buy a cheap used car.

I bought tickets to go see John Edwards the psychic next weekend. I am nervous and excited at the same time. It is funny. First you start out thinking who could come across from the dead that would make me happy.... then you start thinking about the people who might come across and yell at you LMAO
