Any fans of FRINGE here? I recently caught up on the last couple of episodes. I like the way the series is developing but, like a lot of others, I think the producers should dollop out a spoonful of explanation on who might be behind The Pattern. |

I've been enjoying the series. Walter makes that show. He's such a fun character. ![]() |

I love Fringe. I just hope it doesn't paint itself into a corner. So... what happened to the apple? It WAS an apple when it went in right? |

Watched a few. Not a fan. It lacks charm IMO. |

My theory is that whatever happened inside the box should have affected the apple, like turned it into mush or something and it didn't... That's what I meant with painting themselves into a corner, they already have The Pattern which is pretty cryptic, add the bald alien and now the Equation... And we haven't got to the frog yet (or have we? I can't quite remember). I bet the season finale will be one of those that leaves a thousand questions unanswered. In the meantime I'll carry on enjoying it. The Peter and Walter dynamic is hilarious. Also I remember Nanci mentioning she didn't like the big 3-D Location Tags but I love them, very original. By the way we haven't heard from Massive Dynamic in like 3 episodes. I hope they make a come back. |

Walter rocks and makes the show IMHO. I still think it's an X-Files wannabe. I missed the episode with the apple - I hope they replay it soon. I'm getting used to the 3-D location tags. I still don't like them though. |

Does anybody else think that guy who followed Walter in the wheel chair in the insane asylum was somehow able to make him see his double. They showed him falling in line behind them too obviously for it to not be involved somehow. ![]() |

Episode 9 (butterflies) spoiler: OK, so the butterflies didn't exist, they were just a hallucination. Why butterflies?? Hallucinating about Scott sneaking in and slashing the guy's throat is plausible, but just what was this guy doing to hallucinate a butterfly attack? |

Well looks like Matt got the whole idea of what was happening with the apple, it actually was the Kitty Pride thing! (I'm assuming the thing they used on the wall on the last episode was the same thing they used with the apple). So, that's the apple, the butterfly and the frog... I wonder where the seahorse comes in. I also realized that this is a JJ. Abrams production, which means that if it's anything like "Alias" it will be an amazing series (I loved "Alias") but making sense of it will be pretty difficult (I never got the Rambaldi thing after 5 seasons, LOL). |
