FREE HORROR STORIES FOR OCTOBER.... If you love Halloween, HorrorWeb is celebrating the borderland month the right way with stories, art, games – it's unbelievable, and it's happening every day in October. Even I'll be there – on 31st, no less – with a Dead Cat Halloween story “Black Cat Walking on Halloween,” about the Egyptian Goddess Bast returning to our world to find out what the hell happened to her followers and encountering odd North American customs and characters, as well as a lot of Dead Cat. If you've been wondering who or what the hell Dead Cat is, this is as good a jumping on point as any. It's free. It's fun. And between now and the 31st, there'll be a new story posted from horror's finest authors every day. Folks, that's a free story every day. Plus all the other action....
