I ordered my copy on May 30th from amazon.de and finally got an email informing me that it was shipped today. Good thing I had plenty of other stuff to tide me over but it's still somewhat amazing that I got MANGLED MEAT before I'll get this. |

That book has been out since April so not sure why it took so long to get to you. You could have ordered it from me and had it in a week. I didn't even know my print books were available to order from German Amazon. Are you in Germany? Later Dave B. |
