sweeeeeeeeet. I pre-ordered this when it was first posted about back in September, and have been waiting patiently ever since. When I got the confirmation email yesterday, I had to promise myself not to tackle the delivery guys every time they stop at my house to see if it's in the current batch of goods. |

Bob, erbroxcore, thanks for ordering. I think this one will raise a brow; I just hope it doesn't raise HPL from the dead to come after me. Later! Edward Lee |

I got home today, and there were two brown UPS parcels on the table. One for my dad, and one for me. With eager anticipation, I opened the one addressed to me. Inside, resting comfortably between two sections of brown stuffing paper, and sealed in bubblewrap, was my edition of Pages Torn from a Travel Journal!!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm the proud owner of copy #95! Going to finish LL and Bighead, then enjoy this wonderful looking book. The artwork on the cover and the inside covers (front and back) are phenomonal! Can't wait to enjoy this, Mr. Lee! |

Got it last night when I got home. Read a few pages already, and if I wasn't gonna be spending part of my day looking for a new car i'd probly sit down and read the whole thing. ~Tony Beals |

Still waiting for my copy. I'd take any bet that it's already here at the damn customs office which seems to notify me only on Fridays. |

I really enjoyed this book a lot. I especially enjoyed certain scenes that tie into to certain other books, if you catch my drift. Don't want to reveal any spoilers....But yeah, great book as usual. |

Finished it just an hour ago. Very good written but my favorite Lovecraft period piece remains Innswich Horror. But I would prefer reading a contemporary again some time in the future. Will here also follow a paperback version sometime? |

Got my copy yesterday and am almost done with it. What a page-turner!!!!!! Great looking book, too. I wonder if anyone had this problem: It seems like there is a line of glue that got left under the insider cover. It's so lumpy it has caused a crease from top to bottom of every page. I know it's not the fault of the publisher but rather something that happened when the book was put together. Despite that, I'm glad I purchased it. I love the sideshow and Lovecraft aspects. A+ for Mr. Lee!!!! |

My copy looks great. Hey Jordan. Why don't you contact Larry and get your copy replaced. I know a usual tactic is for publishers(ahem....) to hols back a few copies to deal with damaged and lost items. After I have sent my damaged copies back the pub. destroys them and writes the same #s in clean copies and reposts. This may well be what Larry might do. |

Thanks from me (and Nyarlethotep as well) to all of you how dropped your dough on this. I got my contrib copies the other day and was thrilled. I only wish it had been a little larger but, still, the art, layout, and quality tickled me pink. I'll have more hc's coming out down the line from this great company. Thanks again for buying it! Best, Edward Lee PS--Gorch, regrettably my next HPL piece, Dunwich Romance, will again be in my attempt to imitate the style of the day. But down the road, there'll be more HPL pieces written contemporarily, including my sequel to Colour Out of Space. PPS--JameyWebb, thanks for the suggestion! I hadn't thought of that. |

I knew about Dunwich Romance but glad to hear about Color out of Space which is by the way one of only three Lovecraft stories that I've read (and seen two movies based on it). |

Gorch: Colour is reportedly Lovecraft's favorite of his own work, and one of my fave's too. I'm only familiar with one movie adaptation (Die Monster Die). What's the second movie? Edward Lee |

Oh, yes, I did see The Curse--not that great. One day if I ever make huge money, I'll finance and write a great version! EdwardLee |

Hey. I thought the size was too small, also. I was hoping for a "travel journal" style build. Kind of a paste board notebook. |

I am very happy to hear that Dunwich Romance is in period language. Trolley was a fantastic surprise. I truely got deeply involved with that one. I am happy to hear more is coming! As for Pages Torn, Bliss stated off interesting but lost her flavor. I am all torqued up about Bleechie! Now that's a hot gal! |

Remember that Bleechie and some of her cohorts may very well become pregnant. When one considers the genetic paternity of such offspring, well, hmmm... We may revisit this region in the distant future... Best! Edward Lee |
