Getting this up for print was a nightmare. But I finally got it through and I'm waiting for the proof which should be here early next week. Once I approve that it will be up for order I'd say by end of next week. I'll post the link as soon as I get it. Thanks for the patience. Later Dave B. |

He wrote it a LONG time ago. I didn't sit on it at all. He just gave it to me a couple of months ago for an eBook and I figured might as well do a POD print version. Later Dave B. |
