Actually, Bloodletting owns the trade pb right for this one and I don't know when he'll do the pb. Generally, it's about a year after the hc. I'll let you know when I hear something. It's a hoot of a novel, I think. Edward Lee |

A question for Lee: Do you consider "Going Monstering" to be one of your Lovecraftian novels? It certainly has elements, but isn't directly Lovecraftian in the sense that Pages Torn, Trolley, Innswich and Haunter are. |

GM I consider one of my occult/smut comedies, like The Pig and The House. You're right, it's not directly Lovecraftian; but because the book's a black comedy the HPL element seemed fun. And, good news, I'm told the pb's selling well! I had such a blast writing this book. My next black comedy will be White House Gothic, which I'll be writing after Head aka Header 3. Will "Going Monstering" be released as an eBook at any point in the future? Does Larry own the rights, or are they up for grabs for Necro? |
