Hey! I am about a third of the way through and enjoying myself. I am glad you decided to do this type of novel, Ed. The language is not as full tilt involving as TROLLEY but it brings a smile to my face. I doubt I finish more than 20% of the books I pick up lately and it is so enjoyable to have something which more than suits my tastes. Congratulations and keep the great stuff coming!!! Jim |

I got my copy through the other day, I'm gonna save this one for a little while, by far the best book from the 2008 CD book club and I'm gonna say it was the sole reason I joined it in the first place. I do like me some CD books, but I'll go the extra mile for some Edward Lee books. |

I really enjoyed this book. It drew me in quick and made me feel like I was in the town during that period. As usual, you surprised me on the direction it went - which is one of the reasons I enjoy your stories. I've been having a ball discovering some of the different "voices of Edward Lee" this year. In addition to THE INNSWICH HORROR, I've read OPERATOR B, ROOM 415, THE BABY and MOTHER. A wide range of different styles - all leading to a GREAT story.  Jan
