Congrats man! Dude, it's such a great book. I know you'll enjoy the hell out of it. Did you grab your copy off Ebay? I saw one listed for a VERY good price and if I didn't have it already i would have jumped all over it. |

Hey. Yeah, I got mine on Ebay. I expected it to go super high. Maybe it was because it was inscribed "To Scott" on the cover that kept people from bidding. IDK. I'm happy as hell though. I saw one on Amazon a little while ago, mint for 55 and shipping. I saif to myself come payday, it's mine. Well, come payday, it was gone. I was so peeved. So, this makes up for it. |

I was lucky enough to snag a copy off the man himself at Horrorfind in August. That book has some interesting scenes... |

The book came today and the quality was amazing!! It's also inscribed on the inside page and not the cover, so better yet. Can't wait to dig into it. |

When I read SPLATTERSPUNK the first time I was working a 10 hour a day outside job. I would rush home, take a shower, grab some food and head to my back porch to dig into the book. Three days in a row I nearly vomited or at least spit out a mouthful of food. Same stupid mistake three days in a row. Don't eat while you read this thing!!! |

Actually, that's very flattering for me. It won't win the NAtional Book Award but I think it is some down and dirty low-brow entertainment. I hope you dig the rest! Edward Lee |

Micah Hayes is one of your best characters, Ed. These stories are unreal fun. |

Is there definitely a hard cover of this title? I've only ever seen the paperback.... |

Not only is there a hardcover, there is also a lettered. Pastryboy on eBay also had a different version of the lettered for sale. Sideshow Press tried a couple different options for the binding and those trial copies hit the market, I guess. Three or four years ago I bought a hardcover copy of MASKS, by Lee and Ketchum, from a woman on the East Coast. Lettered version, un-numbered. She told me that "this guy", in an attempt to impress her, told her that he was a publisher and gave her lettered copies (out of sequence, no actual letter) of SPLATTERSPUNK and MASKS!! What a laugh. She dumped him immediately. I would like to meet the gal who gets hot and heavy reading Splatter. Or maybe I wouldn't. She would be too hot for me!!! |

Wow, I didn't even remember multiple states of the lettered version. I think I have one still in storage and see what it looks like and says on the sig sheet. Later! Edward Lee |
