Post subject:  BACK FROM KILLER CON
Just got back last night. The con rocked! Not a ton of people but very dense with serious fans. The hotel, Palace Station was the perfect place for the con. Great free shuttles, only 15 minutes from the strip, great bars and restaurants. I bet a grand total of 2 dollars on slot machines...and lost. Now I can say I've gambled in Vegas. Had a cool radio interview on Saturday with Joe Lansdale, Brian Keene, and the other guest authors which was great exposure. Wrath and Monica O did a superior job pulling this off, and there will be another one there next year. Hope some of u can make it. Now I'm back to work for a few days,then off to Horrorfind. Later!

I have never attended a Con before and was going to make this my first, but I couldn't find anyone to go with me. I didn't want to look like the creepy guy standing in the corner alone that made people wonder if he was lost or a serial killer. Or both.

Now I realize there would have been no way I would have been the only one like that there... ;) I am starting to save up now to go next year. Any Con with Ed Lee and Wrath at it is one I need to go too. I look forward to attending next year for sure.

Yeah,I didn't get any pix myself but I'm sure there're lots on the net now. Cons r great, just too hectic for old farts like me. Last night I got back from Horrorfind, which kicked total butt. But,jeez! Am I tired! I'll get back to work tomorrow. I ,might go to Rock'nshock next year, and would like to go back to Killer in Vegas. Gotta wait and see, however, what the deadlines are. Take care!
