I'm a huge fan of Horror Books (especially yours). I just started reading The Bighead. I know you're a big Lovecraft fan, but i was wondering what some of your other favorite books or writers are, if you don't mind sharing...here are my top 5 authors. 1.Edward Lee 2.Wrath James White 3.Jack Ketchum 4.Brian Keene 5.Richard Laymon |

What a coincidence, for Jack, Dick, Brian, and Wrath are all on my top of the heap too, (plus Ramsey Campbell but, wow, there are just too many others to name.). The great thing about the modern horror genre is the abundance of fine writers. As for writers in times past, first, there's Lovecraft, then M.R. James and August Dereleth, not to mention Frtiz Leiber's horror fiction. All the best! Edward Lee |

Everyone's opinion is welcome, Jonah. I'd love to hear who everyone's favorite books and authors are. I've only read "Rage" by Gerlach so far, but I enjoyed it a lot. I recently ordered "Hunting Zoe" (along with "The Baby" by Mr.Lee) , and hope its just as good. |

I would really suggest grabbing a copy of Love Lies Dying before reading Hunting Zoe... Lake Mountain is one of my favorite books of all time. |
