Lee, just reread your entries into the book of lists - horror - and loved it even better this time. Not a surprise that I have never seen any of the movies you listed, but oh do I want to! Love it! I have looked up some pics of the movies, and they look horribly satisfying in a morbid, lustful way! You kick ass, and it was a treat to read. Bob

JPOKELA, The book of lists - horror - can be found at any bookstore. I picked mine up at the local B&N. It is an awesome read, and I highly recommend it! The authors are Amy Wallace, Del Howison, and Scott Bradley. Bob

Yes, the book came out a while ago and I think is a Stoker nominee. It was a blast to write my section; however, I included an "runner-up" list in addition that they didn't include. Here it is:

Honorable Mentions: Street of a Thousand Pleasures (all right, it’s not a horror movie, it’s another Harry Novak clunker, but any flick that boasts 71 women with no clothes on has got to be good for something and, trust me, for single men it very definitely is). Hideous (“Biological oddities” skimmed from the sewage treatment plant and a topless chick in a gorilla mask. What more need be said?) The Daughter of Dracula (the Britt Nichols/Ann Libert nudie shenanigans demand an Oscar category for Best Lesbian Scene). Witchery (what do you get when you put David Hasselhoff and Linda Blair together in a haunted house? An excuse for bombshell Leslie Cumming to show her breasts). Panic Beats (the sort-of sequel to Horror Rises from the Tomb; had Kubrick directed this, he would’ve called it Full Frontal Metal Jacket, but, lo, Kubrick didn’t direct it, Paul Naschy did).
