10 MONTHS BETWEEN BOOKS!!! That's a long time to wait for my fix of Lee, my guess is I shot my load too soon plowing through Room 415 and GAST so soon, which were both class by the way. I'm hoping you've got a few more chap books or novella's to see us through the long months ahead, I know Haunted House still has to see the light of day, so that's gonna fill a gap, and I'm hoping Horncranker and Minatauress will see there release sometime soon, but I need more, you got me hooked on this siction stuff Ed, only a few authors qualify to give me a fix, Charlee Jacob, Wrath James White, Luct Taylor and Monica O'Rourke, but I go through books like a rapist in a nunnery, I need more stuff. |

As far as I know the 10 month intervals are only in between the Leisure mass market paperbacks. That doesn't mean Ed won't unleash some real sick hardcore shit in between to fill the gaps. |

Speaking of sticking to titles. I have to say, I like the sound of 'Order of the Scarlet nuns'. It's not too long at all, and I'll tell you somehting else, long titles work, your best selling title in my shop is 'Portrait of psychopath as a young woman' now there's a mouthfull ![]() |

Just SCARLET NUNS would work for me but I don't have any problems with the longer title either. |

I'm pretty sure the publisher will want something short and sweet and more identifiable. And, alas, since the time of the contract, the book changed a bit--there's only one nun in it! If anybody out there can think of a catchy but more generic title, I'd be much obliged! BTW, I'm 70,000 words into it now; it's looking like it'll come in around 90k, a little longer than I'd foreseen. About the same length as Monstrosity. Wrote some pretty cool scenes today...including a sex scene, wouldn't you know it? Later, all! Best, Edward Lee PS--and, yes, the Yankees do indeed suck... |
