I have stumbled across a "review copy" of a sweet piece of ed lee literature for a good price....what exactly is a review copy? Regardless...ill be adding this to my ever expanding collection (my last collection was lost to unfortunate events) so i am now rebuilding.... |

A review copy might not have the dust jacket or other extra items. It might not be signed or have a number in the limitation line. It is probably the same binding as the normal run of books, unlike an advance reading copy, which normally isn't bound. If the review copy is sufficiently different than other editions it might have extra value, but usually the publisher tries to make it not worth selling. Good luck!! |

It is signed by both authors (one of his colab pieces)...and im not too worried about face value of it...i think i just want it for coolness factor...and it so happens to be one of the few i do not have nor have read...at one time i had an extensive horror collection...the majority of which consisted of Ed Lee...i would loan a few here and there and theyd be returned beat to hell so id buy another copy...then on an unfortunate day i came home to find most of my things stolen...books included....they must have been a really big Lee fan...so now i get to rebuild |

Books are not a normally stolen item. I had a breakin years ago where they looked at and left an $800 backgammon board. Didn't steal any of my valuable books, and ended up taking a VCR they could sell for fifteen bucks... |

I believe this one to be an inside job...considering i never saw my ex roomate again after...everytime anyone would come over id show off my books...they didnt steal for monetary value because it was only sentiments missing...but i look at it this way...i get to enjoy the thrill of collecting again |
