Keep in mind, Serra, that PARTNERS IN CHYME sells for pretty good money. Bloodletting Books keeps putting copies of it's Ed Lee stuff on eBay and that has driven down the price on those. Good luck! That's a bunch of great reading! |

Some fantastic stuff there. Back in the day the money you would have got for those you could buy a house with, I just hope folks dig deep and give you what those books are worth. There ain't nothing finer than sitting down and reading a real life honest to goodness Edward Lee limited edition. They read better than those fucking kindle things. I mean take a book like GAST for instance, no idea if there 's a ebook for that but I know there's a paperback of it, nothing can compare to the Camelot Books Limited Edition Hardcover, it's a fucking work of art that book, those Glenn Chadbourne illustrations are insane and the book just looks and feels like a piece of Hardcore Edward Lee should. Sitting there with a piece of hardware in your hands reading words on a screen? Pah, where's the ambience in that? And something like HEADER... that's not just a story, that's a piece of siction publishing history right there. That's what folks have to remember, with cheap paperbacks and Ebooks the limited edition is dying a death. Wow, you see all that pent up rage come out there? Shit I hope Ed's got something lined up to be published soon, I'm needing a fix. |
