I thought it was real cool how they took dialogue from the story and used it in the movie. They didn't even fuck with the plot! They went at headers all wrong, tho. Those movie actors don't know shit about getting one off.... |

For sure, the director and producer went to great pains to be faithful to the original story; and they seemed obsessed with making a film that I'd be pleased with. Between their technical skills and the skills of the actors, I think the movie is better than the book (not an easy thing for the author to admit!) Plus, they let ME be in it! I have a genuine acting credit! The reprint of Header 1 will be the original novella and a foreword by me. There won't be any additional fiction. As for the Header chaps, and You Are My Everything, they will be in a collection called THE LAST HEADER which will include (pardon me if I've already mentioned this; my memory sucks!) a new novella in which The Writer from Minotauress/"The Angel", "The Seeker," etc. returns to Crick City 20 years after Minotauress took place, and, among other things, discovers a secret clan of creeker-type folks who live in the woods, and they all bear a suspicious likeness to Lovecraft (if you'll recall PAGES TORN!) and he also discovers that the Art of Headers has reached a new summit! Like so many of my notated ideas, I CAN'T WAIT to write this, but won't be able to for some time due to other contract deadlines. Boy, have I lucked out in this business! And I have all of you to thank in helping my career and my surviving marketability! One day, if I'm ever a millionaire, I'm gonna fly all of you to Vegas or LA and have a colossal party! Just when you think things can't get any better Dunwich due out soon, Header 3 (Heads) in the making and now more Headers in the pipeline. Fab stuff! Does the party offer stretch to a UK flight?

I'm not much of a drinker any more. I used to be REALLY good at it, too. I blame motherhood.... Anyway, if I make to Vegas next year, you won't be alone in your sobriety.on a side note (but not that much of a side because this is a Header thread) last night I gave my husband a header, but because I don't have a penis I had to use a remote control instead. My mum watched the whole thing. It was pretty special.
