That's crazy, DGM. In my opinion, humanity has been burning the candle at both ends for so long, it's only a matter of time until this big blue ball called Earth we all live on becomes a shitstorm of fire and ultimate destruction. And as long as people like George Bush are in control, we are doomed. After 9/11 everyone became human: and that lasted for two weeks and then everybody mutated back to the grouchy dickheads that continue to wake up every day. Will we ever learn?

I'm not going to lie. I find this whole inevitability (and that's what it is at this point) blackly terrifying. And we've been led down the garden path. And I don't see how anyone can argue against this. World population growing exponentially + finite oil reserves = inevitability. Sure the dates could end up being off a bit and we have more time than what's reported, but it will eventually happen. And we need to figure a few things out in the meantime. |
