I've read The Cellar and thought it was pretty good but I haven't tackled it's sequels yet. I do plan on it eventually but then again. I plan on reading all of his novels eventually. |

The Beast House series would have killed Laymon for me right off the bat if I hadn't read his better stuff first. Give me Island any day. |

Hey Bryan, why was it your favorite? I liked The Cellar much more, it had less padding and the plot was straightforward and maybe more gut and heart wrenching since it was the original. And how is House Of Blood doing for you! I saw your next one is already sold to Leisure! Tt |

Island was great as well. Island and Night in the Lonesome October are my 2 favorite Laymon novels. |
