Just wanted to share this. Many of you will probably have seen it before. For those that haven't. ![]() This just freaks me out and is some of the best cover art I've ever seen! What's your favourite cover art, and what's the worst you've seen too? |

They're both awesome! The Garton cover reminds me of something I think of every so often(as in, every Easter) and that's the idea of Christ emerging from the tomb, still clearly dead, and attacking the roman guards, muttering,"Brains!". |

That Garton cover is sick as hell. My favorite horror art would be anything from Clive Barker or H.R. Giger. On the cover of a horror novel? That's tuff. I loved the cover of Edward Lee's Flesh Gothic, Charlee Jacob's Haunter also. The worst? I hate to say the recent Richard Laymon, Cuts. I loved the book but with a title like that they could have come up with something really killer and didn't. Later! ![]() |

Like Death by Tim Waggoner had a good cover. Gord Rollo's Jigsaw Man is another good one. The original cover for The Damnation Game made me pick it up. The cover for The Darkest Part of the Woods by Ramsey Campbell, with a face made of sticks, leaves, and insects, and J.K. Potter's cover for Ramsey Campbell's Alone with the Horrors. The cover for the Leisure release of The Woods are Dark, T.E.D. Klein's The Ceremonies, In Silent Graves and Mr. Hands by Gary Braunbeck, The Hour Before Dark by Douglas Clegg, The Cipher by Kathe Koja, Alabaster by Caitlin R. Keirnan, and Nightmares and Dreamscapes by Stephen King because scarecrows creep me the hell out. |

![]() Yeah, King's Nightmares and Dreamscapes is another good one: evil scarecrows get the job done also. Later! ![]() |

Here's my current favorite, the cover for The Haunted Forest Tour by James Moore and Jeff Strand. I so want this book but unless it's released as a trade paperback, I can't afford it. ![]() |

I haven't bought the book because it seems too expensive for what you get, but Norm Partridge's Dark Harvest has a beautiful cover. (Okay, how do you post an image?) ![]() |

Any of the Covers done by Caniglia. My favorite is definatly the cover for the limited of Tim Lebbon's Berserk. I don't know why but I find this picture exceptionally disturbing. I have yet to buy a print of the original but I have been planning on it for some time. ![]() http://www.caniglia-art.com/ Worst. Well a lot of Leisure's covers for Laymon books were way sub par compared to their Hodder Headline counterparts. |

For pictures, you can actually right click whatever picture you want to post, click on properties, and copy the URL. Then, when you post, click on the Img, paste the url, and type [/img] at the end. That should work. ![]() |

Just saw this upcoming book from Leisure and the cover grabbed me (and the story sounds pretty good too). Looks like a first novel, so I'm sure to be picking it up. ![]() |
