My Rant About Fiction and Writing In General Some will not agree with my view and some may want to hang me in the town square. My absolute worst rejection came from National Lampoon Magazine that read "You Suck" so nothing bothers me too much. I've seen it all over the years. By the way, National Lampoon sent me back a photocopy (you actually had to send a typed manuscript back then), and I had sent them an original. So someone liked it, or more than one person read it. |

They sent you a rejection that said "You suck"? No one else ever said that before. Unless you were just kidding. |
