Okay I removed the extra S from https and it worked. Looks nice Tony! I keep meaning to tell you, I re-read your Old Man story from Antho 1 the other day, great job on that one. I think it's my favourite story of yours. Well, after Chiyoung and Dongsun's Song.

Thanks Chris! I've got a follow up to that one in the can, it's called The Scum Bar and I am waiting for the right venue to send it to. Like The Old Man, it is not horror, it's a noir/crime story and it's also set in Goffstown, N.H. I did send it out once to an anthology that wanted a noir romance story, and the woman in charge loved the story, but said since the two lovers wind up dying she didn't think it would fit. That made me laugh. I think you might have read The Scum Bar, not sure. The one in the link above is called The Soldiers Wife, and it is a ghost story. The story is raw, and like most of my tales, has a twist to it. |
