I hope this doesn't come across as spamming, but I wanted to make mention of it.
On Saturday, September 7, I will be participating in the Pikes Peak Challenge, a 13-mile climb up Pikes Peak (elev. 14,110 ft.). This event is for charity, raising money for the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado. It will be my 3rd time climbing this mountain, but the first time in this event.
However, besides registering, I also need to raise $150 in donations (to the charity) to do the climb. So far, I'm almost 1/3 of the way there. I'm certainly not trying to force anyone to donate, but it is certainly for a great cause.
To donate, go to www.pikespeakchallenge.com, and click on the "donate" button near the top. You'll be able to scroll through the list of registered hikers, then click on Craig Cook (or Cook, Craig). Then just fill in your info and submit your donation.
