Just found out my high school is having a reunion in a couple years. Has anyone ever been to their reunion? How awkward was it? |

Haven't been and don't want to go. I really think it depends on how much you liked high school and the people you went there with. There are a few old classmates I enjoy talking to on Facebook, but that's it. I have one pushing me to go to my 25th this fall. I refuse to go. |

I went to my 10th and 20th. It was o.k. as I still saw many of the same friends I had when I graduated. I just got an email announcing the 40th + year reunion (hey, it was the early 70's - the drugs were better back then and none of us can remember dates anymore), and I told my wife that I had no desire to go. |

I haven't been to any of mine. My 20th was last year but I had just as much desire to go see those people as I did every day when I went to school with them. There's a reason I still talk to a whole 2 people I went to high school with. |

I only went to my 10th and I don't even know why I did that. My 30th was in 2009 and I had absolutely no desire to go. |

I've had friends ask me as favors to them. Didn't go but did drive through town to see them. They forgot that I was persona non grata until the cops started pulling me over. It also didn't help that the cops showed up at 3 in the morning asking about my car. That was my cue to go. Not very interested if my trip back is going to see more of the same. |
