This week I'm trying to finish my mad-d-d collection Waiting For An Open Bed with a radio play, which could also be a short film, called The Bump. It's about a musician who finds out the girl he just had sex with after a performance last week is supposed to have syphilis. He finds a bump down there, and it's about him going to an an ex-doper doctor to find out if he has the syph. It's also a great exercise to write something that contains no dead air other than a few seconds of transition. |

There is a moral to the story once the drama plays out. I had fun with it, and in real life it could be scary as hell. |
