Everyone's talking "end of the world"

What does everyone think?

I'm hoping it will hold off for a day or two so it doesn't interfere with Matt's signing and the Publisher's Party

Hope it doesn't ruin my weekend. How come the end of the world never happens on a Monday?

OK,,,here is my opinion

There are billboards all over my hometown of Altoona PA saying about this date,,,and there is even an AM radio talk show yammering on about how this is the end all beat all END OF THE WORLD 2ND COMING OF JESUS CHRIST

ok,,,(and i am not a religious bible thumper,,,im just stating my opinion) (an i am paraphrasing here),,,,,,,it says in the bible that NOBODY,,,not even JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF will know when the end of the world is,,,,so if HE does not know when the end of the world will be,,,,what chance does a bunch of AM talk radio DJs have?

Actually, Jesus DOES know (because Jesus the Son, God the Father, and the Holy Spirit are one and the same). According to the Bible, he even states when the end will come.

Matthew 24:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

And then again in Mark 13:30 and Luke 21:32, BUT then he states in Matthew 24:36 and Mark 13:32 that ONLY God the Father knows. He leaves himself an out just in case, you know, the "Rapture" doesn't occur during their generation.

It happens it happens,,,there's nothing i can do to prevent it,,,so i guess ill just live my life,,,its more fun that way

Well, if it's the end as we know it, and it's vampires and zombies from then on - I'd like to be a vampire, please. Don't want to be a zombie... wandering about... bits falling off...

We have the billboards here too.

Do I think the world is going to end this weekend. No. But I feel sorry for all the followers who have sold their belongings and stuff. If it does happen... well there is not much I can do differently then I am right now.
I believe more in a massive change in 2012 then this.

Considering it's almost 2000 years late...

I don't think the world is going to end. I'm just irked that no one around believes that way either. The money I could be making by taking care of peoples pets.
