Congratulations from me too. But might I add that I'm really pissed at you being another Yank author. I rushed home from work yesterday hoping to pre-order some copies because I think you're so damn cool, only to find out that thy are all gone.
I'd strongly suggest you move over to the UK for your next book. I've got a bin shed at the back of my place you could camp out in till it's done...how's that sound?
Seriously though, congratulations, I know I'll get my hands on a couple of copies when it's out, so I'll survive.
