My family and I host a huge party the weekend before Halloween. There are only about 10 to 12 people invited but we go all out. We buy a Halloween themed Murder Mystery Dinner and assign everyone a part. We have Spooky themed games, food, a big haunted house in our basement (two months in the making), and a friend of mine and I always write a new story that we read for it each year. It's a ton of work to prepare for but its always a blast.
