After yesterday's release of info that highlights strategic vulnerabilities to the U.S. I think that Wikileaks guy should rot in prison for the rest of his life. This is just plain irresponsible and dangerous. |

16 degrees, with up to 30 mph winds and about 3-4 inches of snow on the ground, and a retard, er customer, was walking around the store in freaking shorts. |

How cold is it where I am? It's so cold .... I awoke to a terrible sight: the Fruit of The Loom guys all froze to death inside my underwear. Looks bad .... like maybe two of 'em killed each other, and then one ate part of the dead one.

School closures and several businesses closed. Little to no snow on the ground and not much ice when I went for my walk. Cold though. |

Nothing seems to be working for me this year. I got totally sick for the first two weeks of the month which means decorating went out the window. My christmas cards are just beginning to be done now. ( I KNOW!) Christmas shopping scared the hell out of my bank account. Thank goodness the honey gave me some cash to help out. Unemployment runs out for me by the end of the month and I have no job prospects. I haven't baked any cookies. Next year has to be better right

I am not sure Nanci. When I was first unemployed I got unemployment that ran out at 6 months. I got an extension. When that ran out I called to see if I was getting a second extension like so many other people. Instead they put me on an entire new claim because I had been off work for over a year. (yes I feel like a damn loser) This one runs out after I get the next check next week. I have no idea if I will get an extension but I don't believe so since the claim was filed after the cut off period. And to be honest as much as I need the money I am beginning to feel like I am getting welfare
