Managed to crawl out of my bunker and make my way up to Burbank and Dark Delicacies yesterday. It was great to meet Gene, such a gentleman, and he gave me some good advice and introduced me to some of the local writers whom I'd never met before, so that was very cool.
Tony was with me; he kinda disappeared at one point and then I found him behind the counter talking to Del Howison about routers or somesuch.
I regret to say I haven't been up to Dark Del since they moved, which is a crying shame because it's a wicked cool store. I guess I need to get out more, although if I did, the work wouldn't get done and that's where we are.
