For those who haven't read it, the original edition striked a spark among readers, critics, and readers--even as far as Japan. If you have read it, this version is totally reworked, story arc same, but writing hopefully much improved. It will be first book in the four book CAL WILD MYTHOS, all to be illustrated by the same artist. Might make a nice collection. |

I'm hoping for some good support on this book. If so BMB will probably also put out 125 s/l editions of all three other Cal Wild Mythos books plus some deluxes. The trend recently has been the opposite direction, 100 or usually less with no deluxe copies. Which drives established writers from actually doing novels, shifting to novellas which require less writer time investment and the return is greater. The problem as I see it is: Where do young novelists hone their skills--certainly not self-published digital books. End of rant. |
