Following the speedy sellout of the limited edition and a strong response to the lettereds, King's Way Press has announced an upcoming trade hardcover edition.

The requests for a Trade Edition of KD has been very overwhelming, but the serious collector need not fear. These will be very scaled back hardcover books.
