So, I know that Witch Water is a limited edition novel. I also know that Witch House was supposed to come out by Leisure/Dorchester in February, and then pushed back to May. Then, I had read that they may not be releasing this at all? Can someone please fill me in on this. Thanks.

Ps. I am aware of the legal entanglements of Leisure/Dorchester and their writers. I am only concerned with Witch House at this time.

Yeah. I think it's a no-no. I had mine preordered from Amazon since Sept last year. I ordered the Dorchester edition of LL and received that, but despite Amazon still listing the release date next month for WH/W I think it's all off now I hope that Ed can get the rights back for this and all his other material from those fuckers and then us non-limited folk can get our paws on a copy. WW looks great. I believe I mentioned in another thread on here that I haven't read a decent witch novel in eons, I must read this!!!!!

If you can try and get a Hard Copy, it's a great looking book and a great read too!

I was wondering about this too. I know it was available as a pre-order on Amazon but that's about it. And that whole Leisure thing just keeps going further and further down the shitter, from what I've been able to keep up with from Brian Keene's updates.

Leisure's not just in the shitter now, the shitter is flushed. The most most recent info I have, via Necro, is that Amazon is that Witch Water (Witch House) has or will very soon be pulled as a pre-order tpb, thank God. My lawyer has gotten all my rights back from LEisure; hence, Witch Water will be a trade pb and a Kindle from Necro. It'll be available on Amazon but not through Leisure. But does anyone know this: if you pre-order something from Amazon, do they take the money then or wait until the official release? I hope like hell nobody preordered the Leisure editoin of Witch House and lost their money. If anyone knows, please apprise me--thanks!

I preordered WW/H last year and paid. But I'm not worried. It's pittance considering what they've stiffed you out of! Once the official "Dorchester is dead" becomes common knowledge, Amazon might let those who preordered apply their funds to something else. Amazon have always been fairly ok to work with. I'm just happy you got your rights back

I pre-ordered a copy from amazon several months ago and they sent me a notice last week saying they would be unable to obtain a copy and canceled my order. Even if anybody pre-ordered it from amazon there's nothing to worry about even if they didn't cancel your order because they only charge your card when the item is ready to ship. That's a major bummer... but it's great news that Necro is picking it up, so everyone interested can get an affordable copy.

Leisure can lick it, stick it, and rotate on it... bastards!

Travis, thanks for the concise info--a relief! As for the Necro cover--thanks for reminding me! There's a house close by here in MD I'm supposed to take a picture of of send to Necro cos it's the perfect type of house that I had in mind for WW. Gonna go do that in a few minutes!

It's a real good story with some grusome scenes.
Really loved it.
Fans of Ed will not be disappointed.
It has a nice pace, some sex scenes, some horendous torture scenes (some of them really sick).

Not nearly as grusome as THe House or Going monstrum, but very entertaining.
Every now and then i can enjoy a book with less blood on every page, just like this one.
Liked the backgroundstory about witches, would make a nice film.

By the way : i found one error.
The publisher named a breitling watch a brietling watch lol.
