And i have to say...this is one of his best novels. nd that is saying something as I love all of them...this one was lean, mean and just a great paced EVIL book.
Enjoyed the historical aspect of it...kind of a bastard son to McCammon's CORBETT historical thrillers in a small way.

Same here, and I really enjoyed it. I thought it was such a good read, don't get me wrong, I love your gross out redneck short and long stories of depravity and sickness but i think toned down in this book for the change in subject matter really worked, loved the pace, characters and plot. Big thumbs up here!
Gonna take a short Lee break and read Castaways by Mr Keene
then back to Dunwich Romance! I can't wait to beast that one!
