I think it's great to see McCammon's career back on track and so well received. I loved reading him in high school, and that was a long time ago. I'm anxious to check out his newer work, which I haven't a clue about. Kudos to him.

A new promotional video for The Five, coming in paperback at the end of this month from Tor, has been posted on YouTube:

The video includes parts of an interview with Rick in which he discusses The Five, as well as the music video for a song Rick wrote called "Darkest Night"!

I read everything by McCammon back in High School, and then he kind of faded from view for a while. With so much new stuff out, I really been to get with it. I'm anxious to read The Five. It's nice to see his career going this direction. Always enjoyable to read.
