I purchased this one yesterday. Big names in this third edition, really looking forward to reading it. Submissions for vol. 4 are already being requested. I hope I can get something in.

Just received my copy of Horror Library 3. Impressive number of stories. In addition to Mark, Gary Braunbeck, KP Burke, Bentley Little and other well known names I'm happy to see AC Wise and Mikal Trimm, two authors I met during my Surreal days back in '05. Really looking forward to start reading this one.
