I'll have to settle down to read this story this weekend. I'm at lunch right now, but I did check out the Illustrations. I always loved it when novels would add them. I used to love reading the old Three Investigator books as a young adult (I still own most of them). The illustartions always added so much and let you sort of get a glimpse as to what was to come. The title of this short story reminds me of one of the episodes of Night Gallery. Did you ever get to watch any of the ones on your DVD set yet Dave? |

Those two are probabley my favorites from that season as well. I just wish they would release season two on DVD. I remember there being better episodes then. I think my all time favorite is the one where Orson Wells narrates 'Silent Snow, Secret Snow'. ![]() I have a book written about Night Gallery called Rod Serling's Night Gallery An After-Hours Tour. It's sad how they handcuffed Mr.Serling on that series. I think it would have been much better if they would have just let him do the things he wanted to do. ![]() |
