You sound a little too busy for a Saturday, Mark.

I plan to do a little rewriting today on the story I wrote last weekend. I got some good feedback from my writing group that I want to incorporate into the story. We're going over to a freinds house for Superbowl Sunday, so we don't have to clean. GO COLTS!

I'll probably tweak a couple short stories I'm getting ready to submit. That's the only thing I have planned really. I might go to Borders but it's so fucking cold out.

My wife drove up to CT for the weekend for her best friend's baby shower, so I'm all by my lonesome. I'm planning on sleeping late, eating lots of crap that's bad for me, probably doing some laundry so I don't get hit when she gets back, getting a goodly portion through Ghoul, and parking my ass in front of the tube for the Stupid Bowl (although I have to say I like both teams this year, I'm rooting for Manning & the Colts).

My wife and I just found out this week that she's pregnant with our first pup, too, so I'll probably head out to Costco and Borders and apply for a part-time job. We just moved and she recently started a new job. Her short-term disability doesn't kick in until several weeks after the baby is due, so she won't get paid for her maternity leave. That means that I have to go out and get another job.

That was probably one of my friends. I had a lot of hardcore alcoholic friends back then at Marshall (even though I was a WVU student), and he claimed (among many things, like eating possum from a can) that he was Huntington's sole Blizzard fan.but then again, it was the 1990s and I was a college student from 92-99, so everybody I knew drank heavily.
