Errors were numerous. I'm pretty angry that I can pay $16 for a short story and it seems that nobody has bothered to proof read it before publishing. if I'm paying that much money for a 100 page story the characters name should not change in the middle of the story.
Not having a pop at you, Mr Lee, if you're reading. The publishers should be more careful though if they have the audacity to charge me $16 for it.
Believe me, I understand your complaint and nothing burns an author more than typos. But of course the author has to assume some responsibility (I proofed the damn thing twice, and so did Wrath) but try to keep in mind that the WORSE proofreaders are the authors simply because you often "see" what your brain tells you is correct but miss the actual typo. However, I apologize, and I think that future projects are much better proofed. It's interesting, though, that whenever I finish a new project these days, I proof it twice myself, then send it to my girlfriend who always finds errors, then I send it to pegleg who's a very good proofer, THEN the pubisher puts two or 3 sets of eyes on it (professional proofreaders) and after all that, some typos STILL get through. I get a particular kick out of it when I see a typo in a Stephen King novel or even a Lovecraft collection that's on it's 10th edition.
