Just a note to let you all know that Horrorfind was a BLAST. I was in a signing room with my pal Jack Ketchum, and we both did pretty well selling stuff. I was fortunate enough to have pb copies of Brides of the Impaler to sell, plus a lot of old stuff and some manuscripts of stories now unavalable. The turn-out wasn't as big as the previous hunt Valley cons but there were still plenty of folks coming in and out all weekend. Coolest part was we had J. (SAW III & IV) Larose, Tony (Candyman) Todd, Chris (Frightnight) Sarandon, and--yes!--Mink (Pink Flamingos) Stole in the same signing room with me and Jack. I can say I've NEVER met a nicer bunch of actors in my life, all very cool, very reall people. Another treat was that the con took place at a Marriott that's on the property of University of Maryland, which is where I went to cellege 30 some-odd years ago. It's the first time I've seen the place in a LONG time. All in all, the entire event was terrific. But, now, it's back to work. I should be finishng Haunter of the Threshol in a couple of weeks. I swear this novel has a mind of its own. Each day it seems exponentially more perverted...
