I recently had to move to a new state and lost all of my e-mail contact information. I had pre-ordered a couple of books, Witch Water and Lucifer's Lottery and was wondering which publishers were releasing these titles and how to contact them with my new address. If Lucifers Lottery was the trade paperback edition then you probably ordered it on Dorchester's site:

Mille: Not sure exactly when the Bloodletting hc of Witch-Water will be released but I doubt it'll be too long cos the publisher recently told me the galleys will soon be ready; always a good sign. The Leisure ebook/trade pb is still debatable cos I haven't yet been paid for it but recently the editor implied they were still interested. If they decide not to do it, it'll be released eventually as a trade pb by Deadite and ebook by Necro. And, yes, I just found out belatedly that the Lucifer's Lottery trade pb is available on Amazon so I'm sure it's also available via Leisure site. I haven't gotten my author copies yet but I'm pretty sure they were sent to the wrong address (my fault, not Leisure's). I'm just happy it's finally out in book form.
