The weather here is so manic, it's beginning to freak me out. It's almost 60 today, rainy, miserable looking, like a swamp that someone took a giant crap on. Then it shoots back to winter, then fall, and then I wonder if it might be 80 one day and I can finally wear the new Pod of Horror thong I just bought?

Over in the "Art" Department - I was given some cosmetic foundation samples a couple of weeks back - Chanel Perfection Lumiere. Oooh, I thought. Chanel, I thought. And I figured I'd give it a try, it being all cool and expensive and whatnot.  Slapped some on this morning, and I now look 200 years old. I mean, I know I'm gettin' old, but really??? It makes the perfect zombie make up base and it'll scare the crap out of the husband.

Been a horrible couple past days here. Lots of personal stuff going on and I wasn't feeling well at all. But I took a pain killer to get rid of a persistent headache and I feel much better now, if not a little light headed. I haven't read much the last couple of weeks, taking a vacation from just about everything though I did just finish a review assigned book yesterday and started another one last evening that was a gift. I have been watching a lot of movies on OnDemand, most of them pretty bad but still watchable. With two weeks off my sleep schedule got all messed up, I was staying up all night and sleeping way late into the morning. I started to go back to a regular routine last night and I hope by monday I am back on track. |
