Just finished Josh Malerman's Bird Box. Wow - nice tension build up.

Finally finished reading Only the Red is Blood by Janet Joyce Holden. Very well done. I'm am eagerly awaiting the 3rd book.

I have started studying for my hams. So it'll be a while before I get back to pleasure reading.

Thanks, Shadow! :)

I've been flicking through the Technician Class book, and kinda boggling at some of it. :| Oh well, nothing ventured etc etc.

Had to read a horror, so I picked Street Coffins by A.R. Morlan. Quite enjoyable.

I just keep going through the practice tests. That's what's been recommended by all the hams I know. So far the plan is to test at a HAMFest. I'll keep you posted. Good luck with yours.

Finally finished Lucifer's Lottery by Edward Lee. Not the best one in the series, in my opinion. A little too graphic for me. I'll probably reread the first one in the series eventually. But I'll be selling or trading book 2-4 soon.

Just started Dust Devils by Jonathan Janz.

I had to put down Dust Devils by Jonathan Janz for a bit. I found Shadowland by Peter Straub for my Kindle. I read it a long time ago, and pick it up again every decade apparently, since I enjoyed it so much way back when.

I love Janz, but you can't go wrong with most of the Straub out there.

Post subject:  Re: What is everyone reading?

I should be able to finish Straub soon. I'll get Janz finished next. It was just getting a bit intense.

Still reading Harvest Moon by James A. Moore. Great story. Gets me in the Halloween mood. :p I need to start now before they're shoving Christmas down my face. :<
