I am not a good dieter. But when a online friend of mine started doing south beach I watched the weight come off her. I asked her about it and she told me. I thought man I can do this. I don't have to buy any special food. I don't have to count calories. I don't have to do anything that you have to do on a normal diet. I could eat chocolate. I can eat pudding. I can do this. So I started. The first two weeks are hard as hell I won't kid you. You basicly detox your body. But let me tell you something you are never hungry. EVER. In fact during the first week I had eaten so much that when I went to weigh myself I was positive that I was going to gain weight. Instead I lost 6 pounds. Now don't get all excited you only lose weight like that the first two weeks and most of it is water weight. After that you lose about a pound a week. Actually the third week you proably gain a pound. Here is some pictures of my journey I am not done yet.
And sorry about the huge size but I have no idea how to shrink the darn things!!! (I have lost 35 pounds so far and would like to lose another 30 pounds
