How old are you?

Just turned 44. Started reading horror when I read 'Salem's Lot at age 12.

I'm 36. I started reading Three Investigators books when I was in Elementary school, but I don't remember an exact age. Then in Jr. High, I read more of those but added Choose Your Own Adventure and Which-Way books. I think I got into horror in High School. I think my first one was Night Thing's by Michael Talbot, which I still love. Ancient Images By Ramsey Campbell was next (an awesome book), and I know I read Ghost Story by Peter Straub shortly after that.

I've loved Horror for the last 35 years or so. I started on King, Koontz, Saul (yes, Saul) and McCammon. When I discovered guys like Barker, the rest was history and I was hooked.

Actually, Daddygoth is 36 and I've been reading horror since I was 12. The first horror novels I read were Stephen Gresham's Moon Lake and Bill Johnstone's Wolfsbane. For the past few years, I felt better than I did since high school. However, trying to keep up with twin four year old boys is starting to make me feel my age again
